4. Rack Rental Services
- For Sellers:
- Rental fees must be paid in advance
- Items must be clean, in good condition, and appropriately priced
- We reserve the right to refuse items that don’t meet our quality standards
- Rental periods are as specified in your agreement
- You retain ownership of your items until sold
5. Sales and Purchases
- Buyers:
- All sales are final unless item is significantly misrepresented
- Inspect items carefully before purchase
- Payment must be completed at time of purchase
- Sellers:
- Item descriptions must be accurate and honest
- Commission rates apply as per current fee schedule
- Payment processing may take 5-10 business days
6. Prohibited Items
We do not accept:
- Damaged, stained, or worn-out items
- Counterfeit goods
- Items that violate intellectual property rights
- Inappropriate or offensive clothing
7. Pricing and Fees
- Rack rental fees are non-refundable
- Commission rates are clearly displayed and subject to change with notice
- All prices are in Cayman Islands Dollars unless otherwise specified

- Loss, theft, or damage to consigned items
- Disputes between buyers and sellers
